Some women want only a very small implant, to restore the breast size and perhaps shape they had before childbearing. A small percentage of women want very large breasts. This may not be advisable, because there may not be enough support in the breast tissues. HOW IS BREAST AUGMENTATION DONE? The operation is done under general anesthetic as an outpatient. An incision is made in one of three locations: 1) Around the lower half of the areola, the pigmented skin that surrounds the nipple; 2) in the armpit; 3) in or near the crease at the bottom of the breast. An internal pocket is created over the location of the breast. The pocket can be immediately deep to the existing breast tissue or else in the next layer deeper, which is behind the chest wall muscle against the ribcage. If you are very thin, the edges of the implant can show through the skin, and vertical ripples on the implant may show in some positions. The implant hides better if it is placed behind the muscle, and Dr. Cedars strongly prefers this location.

But not only this CA Technologies solution is considered a leader in its market. CA Agile Central, a solution for agile project management that may be acquired either independently or integrated with CA PPM, is considered a "Leader" in its segment as well. The Gartner report specifies its CA PPM analysis in the following terms:
Version 15. 4 of CA PPM introduces strategic roadmap planning capabilities, which allows users to visualize their planning in a downward way and to base it on business needs (aligned with the company's strategy). The user experience or UX (User Experience) of CA PPM has improved in some key areas, and for a number of role-based users, it also includes the additional incorporation of the CA PPM collaboration features in various parts of the product. CA Technologies is accelerating its CA PPM product development lifecycle and will now offer up to four major releases per year of new features, functionalities and enhancements for CA PPM. For both the on premise and SaaS versions, CA Technologies now offers OData Connector, which allows customers to connect, Business Intelligence (BI) and advanced reporting tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau or QlikView, with the data warehouse of CA PPM
CA Technologies is betting significantly on the integration between CA PPM and CA Agile Central to connect CA PPM users with development teams that take advantage of agile development methods, in a single PPM software solution.

Is there an approved Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plan ?
The damage caused by the two storms is still being assessed and could reach $100 billion or more. Puerto Rico, where Hurricane Maria tore through the island – devastating the infrastructure and leaving millions without power or drinking water for months. Reports indicate costs could be upwards from $45 to $95 billion. The fires that raged through the California Wine Country in October, hospitalized hundreds, killed more than 40 people and caused an estimated damage of $6 billion, according to recent reports. Likewise, devastating fires swept through Southern California a couple of months later – destroying hundreds of structures and charring hundreds of thousands of acres. Given these sobering facts, organizations should make disaster recovery and business continuity a cornerstone of their 2018 planning. The ability to get any business up and running again often depends on several factors before a crisis hits, so that mission-critical data and systems can be recovered as soon as possible.

Every trigger you are trying to deploy should have at least 1% coverage, but yes overall coverage of your production org after getting your code deployed should be 75%, otherwise Salesforce won't let you deploy your code. Class can be deployed on 0% coverage as well, but as I told in last point, that overall coverage of your production org after getting your code deployed should be 75%, otherwise Salesforce won't let you deploy your code. In the example below, we will learn how to write a very simple test class: Apex Trigger:
trigger HelloWorldTrigger on Book__c (before insert) {
Book__c[] books =;
lyDiscount(books);}
Trigger Helper Class:
public class MyHelloWorld {
public static void applyDiscount(Book__c[] books) {
for (Book__c b:books){
ice__c *= 0.
