How to Prepare a Computer for Development So, it's February 2019 and I'm on my second semester of grad school; I wanted to combine work and study to get more hands-on experience and test my knowledge in the workplace. I started a new position at work; working on a variety of projects for cloud migration (AWS), Mobile app & web development, IoT pilot projects, and many more. So I'm really excited about that and It's a great opportunity to get experience and learn more. If you just started a new IT position that involves software development or anything related to writing code, there are few things that need to be done to get you ready for development; get your computer ready for development. In this article, I'm going to share a couple of tasks I did to get my computer ready and how to set up the development environment. One of the first tasks you might want to do is installing IDEs best fit for the projects you are going to work on. Integrated development environments, or IDEs, are software platforms that provide programmers and developers a comprehensive set of tools for software development in a single product.
A tenth of Israel's seed, fruit, and flocks were given to the Lord (Lev. 27:30–32; Deut. 14:22–24; cf. 2 Chron. 31:5–6; Neh. 13:5, 12). The people gave a tenth to the Levites to support them (Num. 18:21–24; cf. Neh. 10:38; 12:44), and the Levites, in turn, were to give a tenth to the chief priest (Num. 18:25–28). Those who didn't tithe were threatened with a curse, while those who did tithe were promised blessing (Mal. 3:8–10). Though we might assume Old Testament Israel gave a total of 10 percent, it's actually difficult to discern how much was given. We can't linger over details in this short article, but some think the Israelites gave 14 tithes over seven years; others believe they gave 12. Regardless, when we add the required tithes together, the amount certainly exceeded 10 percent. In fact, the number was probably somewhere around 20 percent per year. Why Tithing Is Not Required Today
There are seven decisive reasons for saying Christians are not required to tithe. 1. Believers are no longer under the Mosaic covenant (Rom.
Did you know that every food has an ideal spot in your fridge for storage? Here are some important rules of thumb for organizing your fridge in order to optimize the freshness and longevity of your food, as well as keep you up to speed on some good food safety practices. The Upper Shelves
The upper shelves of the fridge have the most consistent temperatures and the lower shelves are the coldest. Foods that do best on the upper shelves are those that don't need to be cooked or are for reheating. Examples of some upper shelf foods are hummus, olives and deli meat. Berries also last longer here as the temperature is the best. Another ideal upper shelf item are herbs. They keep best washed and stored like a bouquet of flowers - in a glass jar with some water or in a container with a little bit of paper towel. The only exception to this is basil as its leaves will turn black in the fridge. Basil is best stored outside the fridge in a cool, dry place. The Lower Shelves
Milk, yogurt, cheese, sour cream and fresh-squeezed juices do best on the lower shelves and not the fridge door, as this is the best consistently cold area.
